This is my Spt. I have had a recent complaint that my spt's often don't contain me... But I think the abstract images say a little bit more about me than the normal point and click self portraits.
Today is the second day of spring Quarter and I can tell you right now I am going to get my money's worth this go round. I have Studio I which is a class designed to do nothing but produce work. It is used to build and ad quality work to my portfolio so that someday hopefully that someone in some company would like to give me a job...Lets hope anyway. That class is Very intense.
I have Intro to Advertising. I a REALLY excited about this class. I think I may go get my Masters in Advertising. I think that this course will be the least of my worries but the most interesting. Only because it is infact an into course that I am using as an elective.
And I am also taking 18th century art, My last and final art history class. I am so damn ready to be done with history. This will make my 6th Art History course... I am tired and ready to be done. My professor is trying to run her courses like Nazi Bootcamps. She communicates with us as if we are infants. She completely disregards respect for us as human beings and higher education students. All I ask of professors is that they treat me with respect and be fair. She belittles students every chance she gets. WE are going to have to see how well we get along because I will not stand for people pushing me around like that just because she is older. This is going to be intense...I also had the freelance job (that I have been waiting for her to give me the go for about 5 weeks and she just called yesterday) call me and tell me she's ready to start, the day AFTER my spring break ended. Its going to be an interesting and intense quarter know that my quarters are only 10 weeks long but each class meets twice a week for 2.5 hrs a session but I have one professional project due each week in each class in addition to a ten week analytical research project and paper.
I am already feeling the pressure.
Shit.
