in short:

alright to sum up the the post that I just lost:

1. I have been hanging out Ian006 for the past week and been having a blast. Pictures on Flickr. Participated in the Sidewalk Arts Festival in Savannah.

2. I haven't been able to post because my jackass roommate never paid our utilities bill. He just waited til the internet was turned off for four days to do anything about it.

3. I am broke. If you have any intrest in my art I will sell it to you. I can do portraits but they take a little while longer. If you want something commissioned I can do that too.

i just wrote this long post about this past week and my computer froze and I lost everything. damn.

Status BAD.

ok.... my computer is messed up. I know that "some" of my readers know how to fix them. When my computer tries to boot up it says this on a black screen:

WTF does that mean? Can I fix it myself? Its is just becoming VERY irritating having to press spacebar before my comp feels like starting. ANY suggestions would be great.

Yesterday I recieved an email from someone that I just happen to be on their master list and they sent me a link to this website. The website is called Family Watchdog. You can put your address in and it will generate ALL of the local sex offenders around your community. It was kinda scary to see what really was around you, and you never knew it. Go see who lives in your neighborhood.

This is a current project that I am working on/ procrastinating on. I am doing a jungle mural for one of the local elementary schools here in Chatam County, Savannah Ga. And I want to hopefully have it done by this weekend because... well... a girl can't live on paint and water alone.

Over the weekend I went to see Lady Chablis. I have never been to a drag show before so this was a brand new experience. For the first few performances they were kinda slow, and a little and then we got shell shocked by this "entertainer" who ran out onto the stage in a G-string and a show girl outfit. Overall, it was really fun. They are just so crazy energetic and sassy. I loved it.

Ta DA! This piece is composed of 50-60 journal entries as the base of the canvas. I think this just might be my most emotional piece of work. The journal entries were written a little over a year ago... right after I moved to Savannah. I wrote in the journal because I was alone, no friends, no family support, in a new environment, and basically miserable for about six months. I Have displayed my naked thoughts on the canvas and created the atmosphere of what I was feeling at the time. It was an extreme period of growth for me as a person and it has forever changed and guided me to be the person that I am. It gives me great comfort to close that chapter of my life.
